Medely Account Alerts (SMS) Terms
Medely Account Alerts is an optional SMS program that sends relevant updates about your Medely account, including messages about available shifts, booked shifts, assignments, cancellations, related status updates, and more.
💡 Tip
Want your texts from Medely to stand out? Save our short code as a contact (for example, “Medely Alerts”) so you can spot Account Alerts instantly.
It can also help reduce the chance that your messaging app filters the messages, so important updates and available shifts do not get missed.
Cancel (opt out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code.
After we receive your STOP message, we will send a confirmation text to let you know you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Medely.
If you want to rejoin later, sign up again the same way you did originally, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

You can also control which alerts you receive (and how you receive them) by updating your notification preferences in your Medely account. Use the help article for your account type to learn how to enable notifications and customize your preferences, including:
