How to re-set your password:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password?" at the login portal.  
  2. Enter your Email Address.  Please note that if you are attempting to re-set your password and enter an email address that is not the one utilized for your Medely account, then you will not receive a password re-set email.
  3. Click "Reset Password"
  4. Check your email and click on the link to reset your password.

More troubleshooting methods:

  1. Try logging in from a different browser. 
  2. Close the browser and re-visit the Log In page.
