Resetting Your Medely Password

Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change it anytime from your account settings.

If you’re having trouble accessing your Medely account, resetting your password is usually the fastest fix. You can also update your password anytime through your account settings. Follow the steps below to get started.

Reset Your Forgotten Password

  1. πŸ–₯️ Start at the Login Page
    Go to πŸ₯ FACILITY LOGIN or πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ PROFESSIONAL LOGIN
    Click on "Forgot Password?"

  2. βœ‰οΈ Enter Your Email
    Make sure to input the email address linked to your Medely account. If you enter a different one, you will not receive a password reset email for the account in question.

  3. πŸ”„ Select "Reset Password"
    Select the "Reset Password" button to initiate the process.

  4. πŸ“¬ Check Your Email
    Look for an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders. You can also search for "Reset Your Medely Password" in your email.

  5. πŸ”‘ Reset Your Password
    Follow the link in your password reset email to create a new password.

    Important: After resetting your password, please do not try to log in right away.

    If clicking "RESET" in the email takes you to your account profile instead of the password reset screen, it means you're still logged in.

    To fix this:

    1. Go to Menu > Log Out

    2. Return to the email and click "RESET" again

  6. This will bring you to the correct screen to set a new password.

  7. ⏳ Wait a Moment
    Your account needs a few minutes to update with your new password. Please allow 3-5 minutes before trying to log in again.

  8. πŸ” Log In Again
    After 3-5 minutes, return to the login page and try accessing your account.

Please ensure your password meets the requirements outlined below. If it does not, you will receive an error message and will not be able to save your password.

  • 8-character minimum

  • 1 uppercase letter

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 number

Still Having Trouble Logging In?

If you're still experiencing issues, here are a few extra tips:

  1. 🌐 Try a Different Browser
    Some browsers, like Internet Explorer, may not work well with our site. Try using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

  2. πŸ”„ Restart Your Browser
    Close and reopen your browser, then attempt to log in again.

  3. ⏳ Reset Your Password Again and Wait Longer Before Logging In
    If your account is locked due to too many login attempts, it can take a few minutes to properly unlock itself. Please allow 5-10 minutes to pass after resetting your password before attempting to log in. This is a security feature to prevent immediate unauthorized login attempts.

  4. πŸ—‘οΈ Delete Cache and Cookies
    If the problem persists, clearing your cache and cookies can help resolve any lingering issues.

Issues Receiving a Reset Password Link

If you don’t see the reset email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing, it’s possible you unsubscribed from Medely emails or marked them as spam, which would prevent delivery. For assistance, please contact Customer Support via chat or email.

Change Your Password (While Logged In)

You can change your password at any time by following the steps below.

Two-step verification is required for professionals when accessing secure sections of the account, such as updating passwords. Click here for more info.

Facility accounts are not currently required to complete two-step verification.


On Desktop:

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner

  2. Select Password from the menu

  3. (Professionals only) Complete two-step verification if prompted

  4. Enter your new password

  5. Click Save

On Mobile:

  1. Open the menu and go to Settings

  2. Tap Password

  3. (Professionals only) Complete two-step verification if prompted

  4. Enter your new password

  5. Tap Save
