How to Reset Your Password
π₯οΈ Start at the Login Page
Go to π₯ FACILITY LOGIN or π§ββοΈ PROFESSIONAL LOGIN
Click on "Forgot Password?"βοΈ Enter Your Email
Make sure to input the email address linked to your Medely account. If you enter a different one, you will not receive a password reset email for the account in question.π Select "Reset Password"
Select the "Reset Password" button to initiate the process.π¬ Check Your Email
Look for an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders. You can also search for "Reset Your Medely Password" in your email.π Reset Your Password
Follow the link from your email to create a new password using at least eight characters. Important: Do not attempt to log in immediately after resetting your password.β³ Wait a Moment
Your account needs a few minutes to update with your new password. Please allow 3-5 minutes before trying to log in again.π Log In Again
After 3-5 minutes has passed, return to the login page and try accessing your account.
