Photos of your documents and credentials are an important part of your professional profile. This article covers how to take the best shots possible, upload them for approval, and how to replace them if needed.

It's important to keep your information up-to-date so that you don't miss out on booking available jobs.

1. Take a photo of your document or credential

  • Place your credential or document on a flat surface with a plain background and even lighting

  • Using the camera app on your phone, take a photo of your credential or document

  • Confirm the photo is sharp and clear. Blurry photos will be rejected


2. Upload a new document or credential

  • Log in to your account: medely.com/login

  • From the menu, select Credentials

  • Tap the item you want to add

  • Tap the arrow in order to make a photo selection

  • Select the photo you want to upload

  • Crop the photo if needed

  • Tap Save

  • Repeat as necessary if a back side is required. If there's no back side to your document, please upload the same photo in the additional location

  • All set!


3. Replace an expired document or credential

  • Log in to your account: medely.com/login

  • From the menu, select Credentials

  • Tap the item that you want to update

  • Tap Edit

  • Tap the icon with two arrows forming a circle (beside the waste bin icon)

  • Select the photo you want to upload

  • Tap Save

  • That's it!


4. Remove an image

  • Log in to your account: medely.com/login

  • From the menu, select Credentials

  • Tap the item that you want to update

  • Tap Edit

  • Tap the icon of the waste bin

  • Confirm the image has been removed
